Before departure
Please plan your departure so that the apartment is ready on time for cleaning and preparation. Normal final cleaning is scheduled; heavy soiling and unremoved rubbish should be avoided.
Please check
- Take personal belongings from cupboards, sockets, bathroom and fridge.
- Close all windows and carefully close the apartment door.
- Switch off lights and reduce heating appropriately.
- Place dishes in the dishwasher.
- Remove or take away leftover food.
- Dispose of rubbish separately.
- Log out of your own streaming accounts and report any damage.
Keycard and key
The keycard is returned personally where possible. The apartment key remains in the apartment door or as agreed during check-in.
