Strong recommendations
Schloss Favorite Rastatt-Förch is only about 5–6 km away and is ideal for a high-quality castle and park excursion. The Unimog Museum in Gaggenau is also about 5–6 km away and is especially attractive for technology interest or bad weather.
Rastatt with its residential palace and town centre is about 7–8 km away. Baden-Baden with Kurhaus, casino, Lichtentaler Allee, Museum Frieder Burda and thermal baths is about 13–16 km away depending on the destination.
Nature and activity
For short walks, Kuppenheim, the Fichtental/Harsbachtal and the park at Schloss Favorite are suitable. For more active guests, Battertfelsen, Merkurberg, Murgleiter, Panoramaweg and Baden-Baden’s Rebland are interesting destinations.
Without a car
Kuppenheim station is within walking distance. From there there are connections towards Rastatt/Karlsruhe and into the Murgtal. For Baden-Baden, the bus connection towards Leopoldsplatz is also useful.
