House rules

We want you to enjoy your stay. Please treat the holiday apartment, its furnishings and the neighbourhood with respect and observe the following rules.

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Please leave the holiday apartment swept clean and in a tidy condition on departure. Waste must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

2. Parking

A parking space is located directly in front of the holiday apartment. Please park without obstructing access, neighbours or other road users.

3. Key handover

Keys are handed over personally on site. Please provide your expected arrival time in good time so that the handover can be arranged.

4. Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi access is available in the apartment via QR code. Use is subject to the applicable legal provisions. Access details must not be passed on to unauthorised third parties.

5. Maximum occupancy

The maximum occupancy is 3 people in total. Over-occupancy is not permitted. Additional overnight guests are allowed only with the landlord’s prior consent.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

7. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday apartment. Please smoke only in expressly permitted outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette ends properly.

8. Quiet hours and consideration

Please be considerate of neighbours and other residents. In particular, noise must be kept to room level between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Parties, events and loud celebrations are not permitted.

9. Furnishings and inventory

Please handle furniture, appliances, crockery, textiles and all other inventory with care. Furniture and furnishings may not be rearranged or removed from the apartment without consent.

Damage, defects or missing inventory must be reported immediately.

10. Kitchen and appliances

Kitchen appliances, hob, oven, coffee machine and all other appliances must be used properly. Please switch appliances off after use and leave the kitchen in a tidy condition.

11. Ventilation and heating

Please ventilate regularly and avoid leaving windows permanently tilted while the heating is on. Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment.

12. Keys and access

Keys, access codes and other means of entry must not be passed on to third parties. Any loss must be reported immediately. Resulting costs may be charged to the guest.

13. Security deposit and damage

A security deposit of €350.00 is agreed for the booking. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure, provided that there are no outstanding claims, damage or other amounts due.

14. Condition on departure

Please observe the following in particular when departing:

• take all personal belongings with you
• close windows and doors
• switch off electrical appliances
• dispose of waste properly
• remove any heavy soiling
• return keys or other means of access as agreed
