Included in the price

The price includes standard final cleaning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, 2 parking spaces and usual utilities such as electricity, water and heating.

Deposit

The deposit is 350,00 € and will be refunded after departure and a short check within 7 days at the latest.

No separate cleaning fee; normal final cleaning is included. Currently no tourist tax.

Deposit: 30% deposit excluding the security deposit within 7 calendar days after booking confirmation.
Balance & security deposit: For bank transfer, the balance and security deposit are due no later than 14 days before arrival.
Arrival within 14 days: For bank transfer, the full amount including the security deposit is then due immediately after booking confirmation.

Payment deadline: If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking after a reminder.
