Cancellation information

This information applies to direct bookings made via this website, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Free cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Any security deposits already paid will be refunded.

Graduated cancellation charges

The agreed accommodation price forms the basis for calculation. Security deposits and services not provided are not included in the cancellation charges.

Reletting and lower loss

If the accommodation can be relet, the corresponding proceeds will be credited. The guest may provide evidence that no loss or a lower loss was incurred.
